The Victorian Foundation for Survivors of Torture Inc. (VFST) provides a range of services to people who have been subject to trauma and torture in their country of origin or when fleeing those countries. This group includes refugees and asylum seekers. It is non-denominational, politically neutral and non-aligned.
The VFST Professional & Organisational Development program is now well established and has a good reputation across a range of sectors. The Program Leader will be required to implement the strategic plan, managing the day-to-day work and leading a professional team to support organisations and practitioners in their work with refugee survivors of torture and trauma.
We are seeking a program leader who can deliver an established program who has management skills, a collaborative leadership style and ability to work with and engage multiple stakeholders in order to support health and community services in their work with refugee survivors of torture and trauma.
Remuneration is based on our Enterprise Agreement 2014 up to $95,994 gross per annum. Benefits include generous salary packaging, leave loading, and a range of flexible working options, a highly supportive team environment, excellent training, support and development opportunities.
