2 day Workshop - Bookings are essential
This two day course provides an approach to working with young people from a refugee and asylum seeker background in a range of settings. Participants will gain incidental counselling and other skills for handling difficult and distressing situations. The workshop involves presentations, practical exercises, roleplays and discussions in large and small groups.
Participants should have completed ‘The Refugee and Asylum Seeker Experience’, ‘School’s In for Refugees’, ‘Introductory Intensive for Nurses’ or equivalent.
