FASSTT

Foundation House is a member of the Forum of Australian Services for Survivors of Torture and Trauma (FASSTT) - a network of eight specialist rehabilitation agencies that respond to the needs of survivors of torture and trauma who have come to Australia from overseas. There is a FASSTT member agency in each state and territory of Australia.
FASSTT:

  1. Supports a coalition of agencies that respond to the needs of survivors of torture and trauma.
  2. Develops national policy and service frameworks for survivors of torture and trauma.
  3. Liaises with State and Federal governments on behalf of survivors of torture and trauma.
  4. Liaises with organisations providing services to survivors of torture and trauma.
  5. Participates in the international network of those who have concern for survivors of torture and trauma
